Extensive training, hands-on experience, and top-quality materials ensure results that meet or exceed local and national codes and manufacturer's specifications for a safe and compliant product for years of worry-free operation._ The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. As a CFCC Service Technician, you will be dispatched from your house or our Kennett Square PA office to different locations in and around the South Eastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware areas to perform scheduled (and unscheduled) preventative maintenance, repairs, site surveys, and service requests for a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. _*Responsibilities Include:*_* Conducting regular maintenance of HVAC systems * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems * Install new HVAC equipment and IAQ accessories * Perform routine inspections of HVAC equipment * Respond to service calls promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work * Maintaining a valid driver's license is required for this position _*Requirements for this position: *_* A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience * EPA Certification Type II * N.A.T.E certification -or- ability to test for it * 3+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC equipment * Knowledge and experience working on oil and gas fired furnaces and boilers, geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, ductless systems, thermostat and zoning controls, high and low voltage wiring, building construction and light plumbing * Operating knowledge and comfortable with hand-held devices (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)* A valid driver's license, with no major or frequent traffic violations * Ability to work on-call rotation and/or overtime to support the business *Benefits include:** Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * 401k plan and 401k match * Company service vehicle * Training and continued education (Virtual and in-person)* Paid time off * Paid holidays * Bonuses and spiffs for IAQ and lead conversions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: * 401(k)* 401(k) matching * Company truck * Dental insurance * Fuel card * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * HVAC service: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * EPA Type II (Required)* NATE Certification (Preferred)* Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
