An Occupational Therapist (OT) with active Delaware licensure is needed to provide school-based therapy services within an elementary school setting in Wilmington, DE. This onsite role supports students in Early Years and elementary programs, focusing on delivering occupational therapy tailored to the school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students in Early Years and elementary school settings. Collaborate with educators and other support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with families and school personnel. Support students functional participation and development to maximize academic and daily living skills. Qualifications: Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license is required; licensure verification must be provided at submission. Prior school-based occupational therapy experience is essential. Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work onsite full-time Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation and comfort with the Wilmington, DE commute. Position Details: Contract position with a school year duration. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; typical hours 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Two openings available with different assignment splits between Early Years and elementary school settings. Interview via Microsoft Teams (15-30 minutes).
