City: Los Alamos State: NM Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Our Urologist will be out on medical leave up to 12 weeks. This Locums will provide clinic and OR coverage as part of the assignment.Clinic and OR coverageMonday - Friday (8-4:30) No weekendsWill need provider with active license and clean history for temp privileges UPDATE 10.23.25Per email from site:I need someone who can provide clinic and do surgery only. No call requirementsI need them to be here at least one week a month if not more 2 weeks would be preferred. I need them to have already have a NM licenseWe need them to have availability starting in Nov or Dec. 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
