As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking experienced Independent Freight Brokers (1099) to join Evennon Logistics under a 50/50 commission split structure . This opportunity is designed for brokers who bring their own established book of business and are seeking a strong operational platform, back-office support, and a partnership-focused environment.

The Independent Freight Broker will operate as a self-directed, revenue-generating partner, responsible for managing and growing their own customer portfolio. This is a true independent contractor role , providing flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative partnership with Evennon Logistics.

Manage and grow an existing book of business across TL, LTL, and specialized freight
Source, price, and secure freight opportunities directly with customers
Coordinate with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure on-time and compliant service
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and performance
Proven experience as a Freight Broker or Transportation Sales Professional
Strong understanding of TL and/or LTL freight markets
Ability to operate independently as a 1099 contractor
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Compensation Structure
