You can trust us to provide reliable, long-lasting solutions to a variety of plumbing needs. *Job Description:* As a Journeyman Plumber at Kelderman Plumbing, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. *Key Responsibilities of a Journeyman Plumber:** Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipes, fittings, water heaters, and more. * Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. * Collaborate with other trades and contractors on construction and renovation projects. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining work performed. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. *Qualifications of a Journeyman Plumber:** Valid Journeyman Plumber license in WI. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed. *Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience. * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * Retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional development and advancement. * Company-provided tools and equipment. * Supportive and collaborative work environment.
