Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient service. Foster a positive work environment by providing feedback, resolving issues, and promoting teamwork among staff members.     Required Qualifications:     Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a beverage-related establishment. Ability to obtain a Gaming badge and an ABLE license. Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.     Working Conditions and Physical Effort:     Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to smoke. The level of exposure may vary based on the location of the establishment.
