Premier Physician Services is actively seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) to join a thriving, well-established Internal Medicine group across central and southern Florida. With full-time, permanent roles available in Bradenton, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Lakewood Ranch, this is your chance to shape your career with flexibility and stability in high-quality outpatient care. Position Highlights • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM • Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent • Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus • Locations: Bradenton, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Lakewood Ranch Candidate Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP or PA required • Prior experience with Medicare Advantage required • Familiarity with Managed Care & Value-Based Care required • Active, unrestricted Florida license • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • EMR/EHR experience preferred Role Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients under physician supervision • Develop and implement treatment plans • Deliver care aligned with managed and value-based care models • Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement Ready to Learn More?
