We are seeking a Senior Management Analyst. Organizational Analysis:
Collect and analyze data to generate insights into workflow efficiencies and process bottlenecks.
Develop methods to measure performance improvements and assess the impact of implemented changes.
Prepare and maintain detailed operations and procedures manuals that clearly document processes and protocols.
Ensure manuals are accessible and updated regularly to support staff training and operational consistency.
10 years of experience in a management analysis or business process improvement role.
~ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques.
~ Strong understanding of business analysis and operational efficiency principles.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
