Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Range reflects current Charlotte market for 10+ year PMs with complex project experience; final compensation will depend on project size, scope, and leadership level.

We are partnered with a well-established and growing general contractor in the Cahrlotte market seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile construction projects across senior living, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned professional who values project ownership, team leadership, and seeing projects through from preconstruction to closeout.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction project management experience , a strong track record of stability and tenure, and the ability to successfully manage either large-scale projects ($50M+) or multiple concurrent mid-sized projects .

Lead full lifecycle project delivery, from preconstruction planning through final turnover
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk on complex commercial projects
Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change management
Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers as needed
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a GC
~ Proven experience delivering projects in senior living, healthcare, xrczosw and/or higher education
~ Background managing large single projects ($50M+) or multiple projects simultaneously
~ Degree preferred but not required - experience and performance are prioritized


Strong and consistent project pipeline in the Charlotte market
Stable, reputable contractor with long-term leadership and vision
