We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. Social Media + Creative
Plan and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms.
Create engaging, on-brand static and dynamic content including reels, photos, stories, and short-form videos.
Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations & outreach.
Support creative production and assist with photo + video shoots.
Digital Marketing Oversight
Oversee and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.).
Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular KPI reports.
Manage email and SMS marketing, including planning sends, writing copy, and building campaigns.
Maintain cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Events + Community
Coordinate, plan, and support in-person events, pop-ups, brand activations, and partnership opportunities.
Ensure all event experiences and materials align with the Plum + Sparrow brand.
Track analytics and make recommendations based on performance and trends.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and creative opportunities.
Collaborate with the team on product launches, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling.
Experience with paid ads, email marketing, and text (SMS) marketing
Strong creative eye with an ability to concept, create, and execute compelling content
Knowledge of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization across platforms
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, flexible work environment
