In this role of Consultant, you will occupy a key position in the Consulting & Analytics team, with a particular focus on supporting expanding competitive intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities You will focus on three key aspects: Client project execution: You will work closely with the global Consulting & Analytics team to deliver client consulting projects to a high standard. While you will get involved in diverse projects, a key focus area will be on delivery of competitive intelligence projects. Key responsibilities include: Playing a key role as a project manager in the area of Competitive Intelligence, including monitoring, conference coverage, primary research, and strategic workshops Liaising with clients and project teams directly to design, manage, and deliver successful project outcomes Working with the broader Consulting & Analytics team and resource managers to staff projects Providing guidance and advice to project teams Contributing directly to project execution including data collection/analysis, deliverable development, synthesis of findings and recommendations, and delivering those outcomes to clients. Selling and business development: You will support the global sales organisation to develop and pursue Consulting & Analytics leads and opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Supporting sales colleagues as a "specialist/subject matter expert" to facilitate client discussions and relationship development Lead qualification and feasibility assessment Proposal development leveraging the full capabilities of Norstella Developing effort and price estimates. Competitive Intelligence expertise: Disseminating competitive intelligence expertise and experience across the broader team. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
