Highly Competitive Hourly Pay: $24 - $47 per hour (Based on Certifications, Experience, and Production).
Production Expectation: Consistent weekly production hours of 42.5 - 50 hours are expected, reflecting a commitment to high output and efficiency.

Experience: 2-10+ years of professional, hands-on Automotive Technician experience.
