Northwell Healths Division of Nephrology is seeking Transplant Nephrologists to join the Northwell Health Transplant Institute located at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, NY. In addition, there is an opportunity as a director for strategic outreach for the interested and qualified individuals. The Northwell Health Transplant Institute boasts one of the fastest growing kidney transplant programs in the country which services Long Island and the NY metropolitan area. The transplant nephrologist will be joining a team of 4 transplant nephrologists and a faculty of over 20 general nephrologists and a long-standing general nephrology fellowship program. The division is well known for its expertise in clinical research in kidney transplantation, dialysis, anemia and hyperkalemia, outcomes research, COVID-related AKI, onconephrology and glomerular diseases.
