Your Opportunity with ECG: Manager or Senior Manager
As a manager or senior manager at ECG, youll be an important part of our consulting team. Here, no two days or projects are alike, which means youll have a lot to learn and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Managing selected client relationships.
Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets.
Defining project analyses and deliverables.
Communicating project progress and seeking input.
Coaching junior team members.
Identifying followon opportunities and helping scope and close followon engagements.
Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders.
Taking responsibility for project outcomes.Communicating effectively with management and executivelevel client staff.
Drafting proposals.
Learning about ECGs breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests.
Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while balancing work and personal life.
Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks.
Senior manager level only: contributing to firm growth by identifying and pursuing followon and new business opportunities targeting $500,000 in revenue per year.
Bachelor's degree in business or a healthrelated field required; masters degree in business administration and/or a healthrelated field preferred
Progressive experience in healthcare supply chain (i.e., medical and surgical supplies, purchase services, and vendor supply chain management)
Expertise in strategic sourcing and value analysis for medsurg supplies, surgical supplies, and/or purchase services
5 to 7 years of combined consulting and/or hospital supply chain experience
7 to 10 years of combined consulting and/or hospital supply chain experience
Demonstrated record of solving complex problems, directing and managing individuals, and completing challenging projects
Track record of managing multiple engagements, including work plans, deliverables, budgets and schedules, and accounts receivable
Demonstrated record of achievement in selling and managing engagements
Demonstrated focus on staff development, coaching, and retention, with a refined ability to provide constructive and timely feedback
Ability to travel at least 6070% of the time
Hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of two days per week in office when not traveling for a client engagement
