Join to apply for the General Manager- North Station role at TITLE Boxing Club Location: Stoughton, MA Position Overview The General Manager (GM) executes all sales, fitness, and operations functions within TITLE Boxing Club, ensuring exceptional member experience, a positive team environment, and the clubs financial success. The GM is responsible for endtoend management and development focusing on effective resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and outstanding customer service while upholding company policies as the brand ambassador. Brand Standards & Responsibilities Hit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention, as well as class package, private training, equipment, and retail sales. Foster an engaged, highperforming team aligned with the companys mission, vision, and values. Manage all employment and development functions resourcing, scheduling, goal setting, and performance evaluations. Facilitate and supervise ongoing training to ensure all employees are proficient in club sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards. Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate to deliver an endtoend club sales funnel through prospect/lead generation, firsttime visitors, marketing/events, and new membership units. Cultivate a vibrant, communityfocused club culture that drives member satisfaction and profitability. Delegate, oversee, and lead all club operations and member engagement. Maintain a clean, friendly, and wellmaintained club appearance. Execute and oversee employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll. Ensure compliance with all operational policies and State & Federal employment regulations. Meet or exceed TITLE key performance indicators for club metrics through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Skills & Qualifications 35+ years in a managerial role, supervising, directing, and coaching teams. Experience managing trend reports and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or inperson) and team member concerns with an approachable, welcoming energy. Fitness enthusiast with boxing experience preferred; not a mandatory qualification. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. College degree strongly preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Compensation & Perks Salary of $XX,XXX plus monthly bonus incentives.
