About the Opportunity A leading commercial roofing contractor in Atlanta is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale roofing projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven team that prioritizes safety, integrity, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from planning through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication. Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer warranties, and industry best practices. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers. Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards. Ideal Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction project management. Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.
