We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth potential.
Handle a caseload of civil defense litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support during trials and hearings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including organizing and managing documents and evidence.
Attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings as required.
Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact ongoing cases.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil defense litigation
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal research, and writing.
