Facility is looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to become certified, MD or DO. The ideal candidate for this position would have great communication skills. Schedule is 24 hour call shifts for 7 days on 7 days off. Average daily census for the hospital is only 13, but expected to increase as the program grows. Physician must be comfortable with Vent Management and working in the ICU. Central Lines and Intubations are a plus but not required for this position. Physician needs to be able to treat hemodynamic and sepsis patients. No Intensivist or Critical Care back up.
