This is a proactive, growth-driven sales role. You’ll manage a defined territory covering South Texas including San Antonio and Austin , growing both new and existing business.
· Develop and execute a sales plan to grow territory revenue and meet or exceed goals.
· Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while deepening relationships with existing accounts.
· Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales to drive sustainable growth and build a book of business from the ground up.
· Use technology, digital tools, and social media to amplify outreach and track performance.
· Manage time and territory efficiently, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
· Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting.

· Customer appointments typically take place between 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
· Daily travel and possible overnight stays outside of typical/scheduled business hours should be taken into consideration.
