Each piece is thoughtfully designed in the Houston studio and crafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India. The brand has grown to be featured in over 40 boutiques worldwide and in notable publications like British Vogue and Women’s Wear Daily. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder role based in Houston, TX. As a Keyholder, you will assist with overseeing daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle retail sales in alignment with company guidelines. xrczosw Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Qualifications Strong knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members Experience in retail sales, providing customer service, and creating outstanding customer experiences Leadership skills and the ability to act as a dependable team lead when necessary Adaptability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Previous Keyholder experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or a related field is an advantage
