The Opportunity We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Montreal-based delivery team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities in the technology sector. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
Collaborate with account managers to understand job orders and prioritize recruitment efforts. Generate candidate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to shared recruitment goals. Support cross-functional recruitment efforts across national practices when needed.
What You Bring to the Table 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus). A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual’s skill sets, experience and training; office location and other geographic considerations; With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
