Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals Develop and implement scalable HR policies and systems Oversee benefits, compensation, and payroll transition to Paycom Champion employee engagement, development, and retention Support organizational change and foster a culture of accountability and growth Candidate Profile: 5+years in HR management Bachelors in HR or related field Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally in manufacturing Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and strategic planning Salary: $110,000 to $130,000#LI-AE4
