Insight Global is seeking to hire a LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit and residential program supporting youth in crisis. Key Responsibilities include: Work closely with RN Supervisor to deliver high quality care. Provide direct support and supervision to youth in crisis stabilization and residential settings. Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Address medical, physical and dental needs; complete intake screenings. Support behavioral health plans and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health and safety standards. Must haves: LVN or LPN license OR Psychiatric Technician certification Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting. Plusses: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Experience working with pediatric young or teens. CPR certification Compensation: $36/hr to $38/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
