We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Engineer to support enterprise-scale application initiatives for our client. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping shape modern engineering practices, architecture decisions, and high-quality delivery across multiple platforms and services. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications and services. Lead technical discussions, provide guidance to engineers, and support solution planning. Implement best practices in code quality, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure development. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components. Support automated testing and ensure high standards for performance and reliability. Troubleshoot complex issues, identify system improvements, and contribute to architectural evolution. Stay current with new technologies and share knowledge within the engineering team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a technical lead role. 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks. Experience designing and supporting distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure preferred). Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and secure coding practices. Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and agile development processes. Experience across both front-end and back-end development is a plus.
