Job Summary and Qualifications The Cardiovascular ( CV) Education Specialist is responsible for all CV service line nursing education including but not limited to unit-based competencies, new hire orientation, and ongoing departmental education. The role also requires oversight and execution of service line research projects. Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel Plans educational content with learner engagement Partners with the Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data to evaluate and refine aptitude management activities Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies, (i.e., RN) Registered Nurse Registered Nurse Diploma HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center.
