Amos Cancer Center is a regional destination the only oncology center in the area to offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons the only treatment center to be so named in the 14-county service area of Columbus, Georgia. The 107,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility employs 5 hematology oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 2 GYN oncologists, a thoracic surgeon, and all associated support and ancillary staff to support the program

Piedmont Columbus Regional is part of Piedmont Healthcare s integrated system of 22 hospitals. The Midtown Campus is a 583-bed hospital and functions as a Level 2 Trauma Center with the region s only Children s Hospital including a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Neuroscience Center of Excellence, a newly renovated Emergency and Trauma Center as well as the SI and XI da Vinci Robot and plans for more.
