Our Inside Sales Agents play a critical role in the success of the business by owning the front end of the sales pipeline. This position is responsible for generating, qualifying, and setting high-quality appointments for our agents. We are looking for someone who is motivated, disciplined, and ready to contribute to a team that values performance and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Prospecting and Outbound Calling Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted lead lists to identify motivated sellers. Execute cold calling, circle prospecting, and other outreach strategies. Maintain consistent daily call activity to drive pipeline growth. Lead Qualification and Nurturing Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, needs, and readiness to sell. Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email. Manage structured follow-up plans to move leads through the sales pipeline. Appointment Setting Set listing appointments and seller consultations for field agents. Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads with clear notes and expectations. Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments. CRM Management and Tracking Accurately log all lead activity, notes, and status updates in the CRM. Track daily and weekly performance metrics including calls, conversations, and appointments set. Provide reporting and performance insights to leadership. Scripts and Process Improvement Use proven scripts and objection-handling techniques. Continuously refine messaging and follow-up strategies. Provide feedback to leadership to improve lead conversion and efficiency. Collaboration and Communication Communicate closely with agents to prioritize leads and share appointment details. Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and team goals. Support overall business growth through proactive communication and execution. Skills High-volume calling ability and comfort spending multiple hours per day on the phone. Strong sales mindset with the ability to qualify leads and book appointments. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and lead management tools. Persistence, resilience, and strong objection-handling ability. Excellent organization and follow-up discipline. Qualifications Prior inside sales, telesales, or cold-calling experience preferred. Comfortable working toward performance metrics and sales goals.
