Role Description We are seeking an Associate Project Manager for Data Migrations and Archival in a full-time, on-site role based in Chantilly, VA. The Associate Project Manager will oversee data migration and archival projects with Health Systems, coordinate project deliverables, develop schedules, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include expediting processes, managing logistics, and ensuring timely inspections for successful project execution. The candidate will play a vital role in facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders and driving efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong foundational skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing deliverables. Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure the timely completion of project milestones. Experience in Logistics Management and Inspection, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented approach, with analytical problem-solving capabilities.
