A boutique investment bank in NYC is looking for an Investment Banking Associate with prior or current experience working at a bulge bracket firm, specifically within Energy, Infrastructure, or Digital coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deal execution and due diligence for investments.
- Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and conduct market research.
- Assist with preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in investment banking at a bulge bracket firm.
- Direct exposure to transactions within relevant sectors.
- Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Interest in private equity or private credit investing.
