We are trial attorneys and we have clients that want to try cases and win them. We are seeking an Oregon-licensed attorney to join our practice in a work from home capacity, with in-person court appearances required for trials and when needed to meet client and case needs. 3-5 years of litigation experience
* Strong litigation skills and desire to try cases
* Willingness to travel within Oregon and California if California licenses for court appearances and trials and case requirements
*Insurance defense litigation experience
* Experience in taking depositions and second or first chair trial experience would be a bonus
* Background in handling cases through trial as lead attorney
*Prepare legal opinions and analysis
* Work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
*Remote position with flexibility
* We're looking for an attorney who shares our commitment to defending against unmeritorious claims and maintaining the integrity of the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a substantial caseload while working remotely. Remote position based in Oregon but you can live almost anywhere
* Main office in Pleasanton, California
* Travel required for court appearances and trials throughout Oregon
