Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Finance, who reports to Director of FP&A (10 person team) where you will be working closely with senior leadership in Finance and "the Business" Someone who can drive action and process, a true BUSINESS PARTNER, with motivation for growth and opportunity, someone who can help drive STRATEGY Recreate some processes and new tools (a financial planning and an BI type tool --- more Excel based now with new implementation happening) Ability to "see the big picture" and help make value-add analysis for impact driven results Excellent benefits (work/life balance, 401k match, profit sharing, paid PTO, tuition reimbursement), Lots of room for growth while they build out the strategic Finance function (the team used to only really do budgets/expense analysis before John go there), great people /family environment (almost in business for 100 years and some of the original family still in leadership), tons of Visibility - work closely with the CFO, they have an open door policy , longevity in the business (knows their stuff in operations), you get to create your work, which doesn’t happen at a lot of big companies This is a Senior Financial Analyst position that involves broad-based responsibility.
