Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Description: STG is a fast-growing Digital Transformation services company providing Fortune 500 companies with Digital Transformation, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud Integration services in both information technology and engineering product lines. Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes.
Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Architect, build, and manage scalable and secure integration services using GCP native tools, primarily Cloud Functions, to enable real-time, event-driven communications and data synchronization between Salesforce platforms and other enterprise systems.
Lead the development, configuration, and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email and push notification strategies.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and integration platforms.
Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of best practices, technical standards, and comprehensive documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions.
Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance our capabilities.
Solution Architecture, GCP, Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce.Solution Architecture Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes.
GCP experience with GCP native services, especially Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies for building robust, event-driven integration service.
Enterprise Architecture Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce.Com - Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Auto Cloud, including configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data models, and API integrations.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Strong background in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and various integration patterns with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce App Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud consultant).
Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Cloud Architect).
