Key responsibilities
for the Managing Director include serving as the executive owner of several large and strategic client relationships, setting and executing growth strategies, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in professional services, HR consulting, or related fields, who is growth-minded, technologically capable, and experienced in strategic planning, executive-level client leadership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 10 years in a similar leadership role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client partnerships, and a passion for coaching and mentoring in a player-coach environment. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The Managing Director must be a strategic partner to the Owner, balancing leadership with a people-first culture, and be prepared to operate effectively in a hybrid and relationship-driven environment.
