The position involves working 8-hour days, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including patient examinations, diagnoses, treatment, and follow-up care. The physician will also play a leadership role in the medical program, participate in treatment team meetings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within the correctional setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
