We specialize in providing compassionate, high-quality personal care services to seniors and individuals in need, supporting both Medicaid and private-pay clients. Our team is committed to excellence, compliance, and personalized care—helping families feel confident that their loved ones are safe and supported. Emeritus Home Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our internal administrative team. In this multifaceted role—spanning employee services, staffing coordination, and employee relations—you'll support our field staff and clients by managing hiring, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations with excellence and care.
Coordinate the employee onboarding process
Maintain compliance and personnel documentation
Manage scheduling, intakes, and referrals
Be a communication bridge between clients, field staff, and office team
Professional email and phone etiquette with clear, respectful communication
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and client information
Strong time management and ability to balance multiple responsibilities
Adaptability to changing regulations, staffing needs, and urgent situations
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems
Customer service mindset, treating staff and clients with empathy and professionalism
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Minimum of 1 year work experience in HR, home care/healthcare, or staffing preferred
English proficiency required
Spanish proficiency is a plus
