The Standard Missile Business Office has an immediate Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst opportunity to provide support for SM-3 BLK IIA program efforts. Responsibilities include management of both EVMS and LOE contracts, analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, establishing initial baseline for new awards, monthly forecasting, including tracking variances, interfacing with Cost Account Managers, support of Government audits and ensuring compliance with EAC policies. This program offers a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with the Customer on a continuing basis. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts.  This position will provide an opportunity to enhance skills in PRISM, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and other metrics and tools used in support of production. Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership and customer. Experience training finance team members in tools and processes. Understanding of AOP and Long-Range Planning, program forecasting and metrics.
