Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician - Indianapolis, IN.Compensation & Schedule: $30 - $35 per hour Hourly Full-TimeMonday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p Option to work on Saturdays OT Availability

Provide preventive maintenance on mobile equipment(forklifts/skid steers), balers, shredders, and conveyorsTrouble shoot hydraulic, mechanical, motors, etc. Operate independentlySupport safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives.Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility.Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors Manage shop supplies and parts. High School Diploma or Equivalent 5+ years of professional industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience 5 + Leadership experience a plusValid Driver's License High level of mechanical aptitude Strong organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required, but a plusWelding experience or willingness to learn Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn Valid Driver's License Company Overview: Be a part of the fastest-growing waste and recycling company in the country.
