Were looking for a Head of Product with strong endtoend product experience, ideally in fastpaced startup environments. The Athena Head of Product will be responsible for driving the product strategy and vision for Athena. The Head of Product will work closely with global, crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, AI research, and customer success to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients while advancing Athenas mission of transformative delegation. This is an executive level role perfect for someone who enjoys strategy and leading efforts to execute 01 and beyond.
10+ years of product management experience in startups with consumerfacing SaaS, productivity tools, marketplaces, or similar platforms with exposure to AI
~ Experience building operational workflowheavy systems (e.g., onboarding, billing, operations tooling, or CRM/admin platforms)
~ clients/customers vs. internal operations/EAs) in a marketplace context
~ Skilled in crossfunctional collaboration, partnering deeply with design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders
