This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 15 months to 2.9. The Lead Teacher plans and implements curriculum, supports social–emotional development, maintains classroom organization, and builds strong partnerships with families. *Responsibilities:*· Plan and lead daily activities that support infant development · Ensure a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment · Observe, document, and assess children’s progress · Communicate effectively with families and team members · Guide assistant teachers and model best practices · Follow licensing regulations, center policies, and health/safety procedures *Qualifications:*· EEC infant/Toddler certification · Experience working with infants and toddlers in a group setting · Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills · Ability to lift, bend, and engage in active play Job Type: Full-time xrczosw Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement Experience: * Early Childhood Education: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * EEC Infant/Toddler certificate (Required) Work Location: In person
