Sales & Marketing Manager - Assisted Living

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing guru to manage outreach for our beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community, consistent with the company's objectives
  • Manage all community outreach to maintain and exceed established occupancy goals for community
  • Maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production according to business and marketing plans
  • Establish referral relationships to generate qualified leads, providing community tours, and ultimately grow revenue
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to all inquiries of the residents, families, and prospective residents
  • Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties
  • Partner with regional sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.

What you need to qualify:

  • 3+ years' experience in senior living sales, hospitality, or healthcare sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a plus
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to manage time effectively, high initiative, and good judgment
  • Demonstrate professional ethics, a positive attitude, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate others and work within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM
