Shift: Monday
- Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM with overtime and weekend hours as needed Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $23.00 Hourly
- $23.00 Hourly Onsite Job How Will You Make an Impact?: Work in a team-based environment within a manufacturing lab responsible for assembling, packing, and testing ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables. A Day in the Life: â€
¢ Assembly, packing, and testing of resin products on unique instruments to meet customer demand. â€
¢ Record and report test results accurately and maintain proper documentation. â€
¢ Complete production work-orders according to established procedures. â€
¢ Follow corporate quality policy to ensure high-quality standards. â€
¢ Follow safety requirements and actively participate in safety improvement activities â€
¢ Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. â€
¢ Maintain related logs and records â€
¢ Perform other duties as assigned in support of business goals â€
¢ May be required to work overtime
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
â€
¢ Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: â€
¢ Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices and standards. â€
¢ Good mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. â€
¢ Excellent verbal and written skills â€
¢ Read and understand written procedures (SOPs) and follow verbal instructions. â€
¢ Familiarity with hand tools regularly used (wrenches, torque drivers, tweezer, etc.) â€
¢ PC literate and have experience with spreadsheet and database software. â€
¢ Knowledge of Chromatography software and chemistry experience a plus. â€
¢ Basic experience in weighting multiple components required Physical Requirements / Work Environment â€
¢ Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. â€
¢ Regularly required to sit, stand; walk; use hands & fingers to handle & feel. â€
¢ Visual abilities to detect small components and particles. â€
¢ Exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles. â€
¢ Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level. â€
¢ PPE
requirements:
lab coat, Safety glasses, gloves, face shields, & safety shoes (all company provided.) â€
¢ P95 Mask in the areas that have exposure of solvent fumes Employee
