About the Position We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Riverside office as an IOP Behavioral Medicine Specialist. You will work on a beautiful campus, with a robust clinical team, specializing in workers' compensation cases. We provide high-quality intensive outpatient care to patients who have been injured at work and require comprehensive behavioral medicine intervention. Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate intensive outpatient group therapy sessions focused on behavioral medicine interventions Provide individual therapy for anxiety, PTSD, depression, chronic pain, sleep problems, brain injury and work-related stress. Evidenced based training is available for the right candidates, if not already trained. Conduct comprehensive clinical treatment planning Implement evidence-based behavioral medicine protocols for pain management, stress reduction, and functional restoration Collaborate with our transdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Contribute to our mission of achieving exceptional patient outcomes Specialties We Treat: Chronic Pain Disorders Brain Injuries (TBI/Concussion) PTSD & Trauma Sleep Problems/CBT-i Depression & Anxiety Work-Related Stress Functional Restoration Required Qualifications: One of the following active, unrestricted California licenses: Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
