FrankCrum is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) based in Clearwater, Florida, employing approximately 500 people who serve over 4,000 businesses with HR services including payroll, benefits, HR consulting, and workers' compensation. We are seeking a full-time Broker Manager in our California territories. In this role, you will promote ongoing sales growth and client retention through the recruitment and management of broker relationships on a regional level, with opportunities to impact the FrankCrum business every day. # Maintains professional licensing and technical knowledge by networking, participating in professional societies, and attending online webinars. # Develops and manages the External Sales Department’s budgets. # Meets monthly goals regarding number of RFPs submitted, maintains Lead Trackers, and attends business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed. As required by applicable state and/or local regulations, pay data provides a reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The posted annual pay range is $80,000
