Maintenance Technician – Healthcare
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our healthcare facilities support team. This individual will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, performing general repairs, and ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and safely. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards.
Participate in rotating on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience maintaining commercial or healthcare facilities is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of general maintenance techniques across HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
Proficient in basic computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
