Full time, part time and PRN openings (does vary by location). Company contributes shares on your behalf at no cost to you to build extra retirement value just by working here (eligible after 1yr of 1000 hours worked) Job Duties for Caregivers/Home Health Aides: Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies Job Requirements: 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR the completion of a CNA course/certificate 2 positive references Interim HealthCare is the nation's first home care company and a source of rewarding careers to HHAs who share our passion for client-centered care.
