Graduate Management Trainee – Pop-Up Sales Associate Opportunity Santa Ana, CA | In-Person | Entry-Level | Weekly Pay

We’re hiring Graduate Management Trainees to support vibrant pop-up sales events across Santa Ana. You’ll represent well-known consumer brands at high-traffic locations like shopping centers, outdoor festivals, and community events, engaging with the public face-to-face and creating memorable customer experiences.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, with real growth potential for those serious about kickstarting their careers in sales, leadership, and business development.

You might be setting up a brand activation booth, helping demo a trending tech product at an outdoor street market, or coordinating with your team to launch a weekend promo event in downtown Santa Ana. Set up and run branded pop-up events in malls, outdoor spaces, and other busy public areas
Approach and engage customers with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
Share product knowledge, answer questions, and help customers make informed choices
Maintain a clean, inviting, and on-brand event display
Receive hands-on mentorship, regular performance feedback, and structured career coaching
Progress into Team Lead roles and Regional Supervisor opportunities for high performers

Comfortable working in public spaces, interacting with diverse customers
Can reliably commute to Santa Ana and various local event locations in Orange County
No previous sales experience required — we provide full training

Weekly base pay + performance-based bonuses
