~We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of insurance defense cases, providing legal counsel to our clients, and representing them in court. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance defense litigation, a keen understanding of deposition procedures, and a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. As an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.
Conducting thorough legal research to support defense strategies.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the effective management of cases.
Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
Staying updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations and their impact on clients.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
