- Order Picker
- Puller Position Type Full Time The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items Work with and maintains computer equipment Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift Other projects as assigned by management We would love you to 1-2 years of warehouse experience, but if youre willing to learn, were willing to teach you. Wed like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education. Language Skills Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory. Attitudinal and Personal Skills Full Time is typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week. Part Time is up to 25 hours per week In other words, you cannot decide to make up hours because you missed some time after a night out with your buddies unless your manager oks it. You must be able to use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Work Environment and Environmental Conditions You will be exposed to outside weather conditions while youre working in our warehouses. Should have a Flexible schedule Be able to dolly merchandise Be able to dolly, push, pull and lift heavy merchandise
Experience:
- Previous experience in order picking preferred
- Familiarity with operating a standing pallet jack and standing fork lift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
