Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs at MultiCare Allenmore. Qualifications: Experience preferred but open to new grads with previous inpatient clinical rotations. Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in WA. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Full-time position follows a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation. Day shift 7am-7pm. Key Responsibilities: High level of autonomy. Rounding and admissions. Open ICU, no procedures but our team does respond to codes and rapids. Living and Working in Tacoma: Located on the saltwater banks of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA, is the third-largest city in Washington State with a population just under 225,000. Tacoma is an urban destination known for its breathtaking views of Mt Rainer and warm community feel. Compensation: Base salary in the range of $150K+ along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package.
