We pride ourselves on preventative care through routine vaccinations, twice-yearly exam recommendations, and preventative diagnostic testing. Our dental program is top-notch with digital dental x-ray for every patient, and all our surgeries receive full, advanced monitoring. We now also offer referral ultrasounds to other hospitals in our community Visit us online at to see pictures of our facility The Opportunity: As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Your Qualifications: • Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license • Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine • Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team • Top-notch communication and coaching talents Why NVA? • A competitive compensation package with signing and performance bonuses • Flexible schedules to maintain that crucial work-life balance • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching • Annual allowances for continuing education, dues/memberships, and new equipment Compensation • Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience) • Production based bonuses • Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available Relocation Benefit • Relocating MDVM's receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner *Relocation benefits are offered at NVA GP's discretion and are available only for approved Managing Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time. Relocation benefits are not available for local moves (e.g., short-distance moves within the same metro area). NVA GP reserves the right to determine whether a move qualifies as "relocation" based on mileage thresholds, candidate address, and business rationale.
